We target businesses where the implementation of systems, processes and management best practices can support organic growth and create opportunities for future expansion, including through acquisitions.

We look at businesses generating a minimum EBITDA of $500,000, ensuring sufficient scale, stability, and a strong foundation for long-term growth.

We focus on service and distribution businesses operating in fragmented Quebec markets. We do not exclude other sectors if the business meets our fundamental criteria.

We favour businesses whose operations do not rely entirely on the current owner and where an orderly transition is possible.

We prioritize businesses based in Quebec, allowing for close collaboration, a strong understanding of the local market, and long-term operational involvement.
